UNDER NEW OWNERS!!
My family and I stayed here last summer and had a wonderful week. The showers were a bit hard to figure out at first since there was little information on how to use them. Only one stall had a toilet that worked and had a seat... also the floors were filthy everyday. This is not owners fault: I feel it was the management or groundskeepers faults. Hopefully this is improved in the next years. The beach was beautiful and the parks were very good for our kids who ranged in age. One park was perfect for the older one and one was perfect for the youngest. Win win in our books. We did not have any problems with theives. Can't wait to go back this year and next and next.

Positives: Beautiful beach, 2 Parks, atv trails, lots of fun cool atvs, off roaders and trucks driving around the park it was fun to see.
Pet friendly, laundry on site, guests were traveling at safe speeds around the park which was very good considering our youngest played in the middle of the road most of the time we were there.
Friendly new owners open to new ideas

This park is a total dump with NO working showers and an owner who cares more about planting flowers than protecting the enviroment...theives galore in the park as well BEWARE!!!

Negatives: TOO MANY TO LIST place is a complete dump!
