Hotel was nice, convenient to Highways 7 and 404, quite new and large (free) parking lot. All rooms are suites, which was great - includes fridge, stove/microwave for cooking.

Complimentary breakfast and newspapers are a plus, makes getting out in the morning a bit easier. Room was clean and pretty quiet. Only drawback was no free wireless internet, which can be useful when planning next day's activities.

Positives: All rooms are large suites, complimentary breakfast and newspapers.

Negatives: Breakfast room was too small, breakfast food was acceptable but not great. No free wireless internet.

The staff was friendly, the hotel very clean and the food is good. Located in a safe area.

This Residence Inn at Markham Toronto looked like just newly renovated, everything so clean and new, love the kitchen area feels like home. They are very thoughful to provide afternoon tea/snacks during happy hour. Great for exhausted travellers to have a break after check-in, love it.

Positives: I love Residence Inn the way they decorate and room furniture arrangement, it feels so cossy warm like at home than trandition hotels. Excellent!

Negatives: The only comment is wish they allow room or bed arrangement that can accommodate older children stay with parents..

Clean reception and building. Morning hot breakfast was a plus and nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms could be better.

Negatives: Rooms were okay. The beds were okay, but not to the level of a 3 star hotel.

Other than the issue with the AC shutting off at 3am on both days of my stay, the hotel was great.

This hotel was a nice surprise. It was relatively new, quiet and very clean. The room was quite large and very comfortable. The full breakfast was a bonus with a great selection of both hot and cold foods. Will definitely tell friends and family about this one.

Negatives: Lobby area was small and not very inviting.

The carpet in front of bathroom sink give me a very uncomfortable feeling It had some stain in the carpet that's very disgusting. It also on bed skirt and window curtain. Also in the other room carpet have some sticky thing on it when you not aware you step on it, its very nasty. Over all its uncomfortable.

Positives: I like the location and kitchen.

Negatives: Unclean carpet.

This hotel was everything a traveler would need. While outside of the city it has all the amenities any traveler would need.

Positives: I loved the breakfast although they need to have steak sauce with eggs.

I like the decor. It is comfortable and I do feel safe. The studio is a good idea for a long stay in with young child.

I loved it.

Overall, a great hotel for families. Full kitchen with regular sized refrigerator. Room comes with a double sized sofa bed which can easily accommodate a family of 4. Rooms and common area are clean, staff is friendly.

Positives: Spacious rooms, great breakfast, convenient location.

Negatives: Dining room was too small.
