The front deck night crew tried to call the cops on us cause he said we where making to much noise when it wasn't even my room. I tried to tell him over and over again it was not use, but he would not listen.

Positives: Location off the HWY was easy to find and lots of parking.

Negatives: The box spring under my mattress had big black marks all over it and I did not see them till the next day.

Do not waste your money at this place.

Positives: Break fast buffet was ok.

Negatives: It appeared place was being renovated, missing ironing board, iron, bathroom cleanliness, staff.

I am an employee of best western. I booked the Howard Johnson because it had a hot tub. I even called to confirm that fact. However the hot tub was broken when we arrived. The front desk didn¿t even care; she said 'I guess you¿re stuck with us because you¿ve already paid'. Also, about 6-7 teenagers next to our room were being very loud. I had to call the front desk twice.

Negatives: Broken hot tub, keys don¿t work, loud.
