Excellent & thank you for your concern & kindness when waiting for CAA. Room & the grounds were super clean.

Positives: It was quiet, clean/fresh. Flower beds very nice. Just a great place to recommend. This was our 2nd time we stayed here. Staff was friendly. The Tow truck driver even said these are good people here.

Service was great and room was very nice for the price I paid for. Room was clean and dust free. I enjoyed my stay very much and would go back again to stay at the same motel because the staff was genuinely very nice and rooms were very clean. I noticed they are under new management and rooms are being renovated.

We booked this room for our recent overnight stay following the Tragically Hip, Trews, Sam Roberts concert in Bobcaygeon. Hotels closer to the event were booked. There was a group of us that went and we rented 3 rooms in total. We figured that "hey we aren't fussy, as long as it's clean." IT WAS NOT CLEAN!! There was about a half inch of dust on our air conditioner and every other available surface. The trim was falling off in spots, the paint was peeling. The bedding was old, stained and worn out. The floor needed to be swept. We slept in our clothes on top of the sheets. We were terrified about bed bugs, but so far we haven't found any. We put our luggage in our freezer to try to mitigate any possibility. Out of the three rooms, ours was the "best" one believe it or not. We would NEVER stay here again. We've never left a negative review (or positive for that matter) for any hotel/motel. There was very little info about this motel,so we felt we needed to provide feedback.

Positives: Location was O.K.
There was a hot tub - but it looked very suspect to me.

Negatives: Not Clean.
Outdated.
Bad Smell.
Did I mention "Not clean"?

I stayed at Victoria Motel on June 24, 2011. The new Mangement is doing an excellent job. This motel is next to a golf course and I had a very clean room. Recommend = A++

I had quite an enjoyable time. The room was spotless and the staff was very polite and helpful. I had checked in quite late, past the time I had given them, and they welcomed me very nicely. I had a great sleep, and was truly excited about the internet access. I would stay here again! The area is superb, right beside a golf course. I love the hilly land, and trees all around. It was quite "homey".

We stayed in this motel in June 2010 not quite sure of the date. We arrived late about 10pm for our reserved room. It smelt damp and when we looked the sheets and blankets were very damp. Clearly they had been taken out of the dryer too early. Instead of giving us dry sheets the duty assistant put them back in the dryer for several minutes. His attitude was poor to say the least. We remade our own beds with sheets just a tad better. When we got into bed they still felt damp. The carpet had not been hovered properly. Next morning we discovered the shower water did not drain away and we were standing in very unhygenic water with bits floating in it. When we looked the plug hole was blocked with hair and old soap. Disgusting. I had to do without a shower it was so foul. The fridge is so old and rusty it needs to be replaced. I dropped some coins and in picking them up from under the cabinet I found old grass and other bits. When we complained to the staff they refused to believe us saying the motel was spotless. Clearly their standards fall far short of what is acceptable to ordinary working folk.
We had stayed at this motel some years ago and found it thoroughly acceptable however the owners have changed and it no longer meets the criteria as a tourist motel.

Positives: The grounds have the potential to be beautiful however they have been neglected as has the paint work on the building.

Negatives: See above. I would not stay here again. Very poor value for money.
