Conveniently located just 5 minutes from historic Resort town of St. Andrews By-the-Sea, Chamcook Lake House is immaculately kept, inside and out. The large kitchen and Dining area over looks Chamcook Lake.

The house has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms.

Bedroom 1 has two twin beds. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and lake view window.

On the main level bathroom there is a walk-in shower enclosure with seat. On the lower level the bathroom has a full size bathtub and shower enclosure.

The kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.

The property also has a clothes washer and dryer for added convenience. If you like fresh air dried clothes the house has a pulley operated clothes line on the same level as the washer & dryer.

The entire lakeside of the house features large "picture" windows and fantastic view of Chamcook Lake.

The Atlantic Ocean is short stroll from the house. Chamcook Harbour, Passamaquodddy Bay, Bay of Funday (with the World's Highest Tides) are all readily accessible by car or foot.

Nearby restaurants include Niger Reef Tea House, Clam Digger Take-Out, and The Clam Digger.
