Crispy salmon fresh from the Bay of Fundy, Chanterelle mushrooms found on the slopes behind the inn, hand-picked fiddleheads, or a fragrant, lavender-gingersnap cookie made with lavender fresh from the back garden may all find their way onto your plate.
