Bright, spacious, private, executive cottage/summer or winter home directly on the ocean, above ground swimming pool with deck attached to the house. Warmest water north of Carolina. Centrally located: Minutes from Shediac and Parlee Beach, 20 minutes from Moncton, 15 minutes from Bouctouche and Cap Pelé, 1 hour from Prince Edward Island. Not to forget.....minutes from Grande Digue wharf and fresh lobster when the fishermen return for the day. This setting was created for nature lovers. Sit on the front patio and be mesmerized: varied waterfowl searching for food, fishermen setting their nets, our own fisherman bringing home his catch and Shediac island across the bay...... It is well worth rising with the sun; each new day makes a different entrance. Sunsets are equally spectacular! Your worries will seem miles away.......until you return home.
