We had a flight cancelation beyond our control; and emailed to cancel room as we could not get there. Was told we would not be charged for room but they charged us anyway. They refused to refund our money after numerous attempt's to contact them. Communication with them was terrible and the customer service was awful. They could have given us a credit but also refused to do so. After reading the reviews on this place i would probably never stay there as bed bugs, dirty rooms and over charging people is not my idea of good customer service. My advise would be to stay far away from this place.
