An amazing experience for captain and crew.
We loved the waterway, the boat and ammennities, and the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
The coves were scenic and quiet, and we received the relaxing getaway we were looking for.
There were other places on the water to visit, but the houseboat has everything, so we chose to stay on board and enjoy what it had to offer.
I highly recommend this business and vacation option.

Positives: boat was well equipped
service was great
waterway was clean, peaceful and calm

Negatives: weather rainy one day, but we can't control that. The boats are spacious enough to enjoy the vacation in all weather.

I have been on these boats before and loved the experience. I wanted to rent a boat this summer but phones are never answered and voicemails not returned, so it's impossible to talk with anyone. There is an option for a return phone call on the "contact us" form, but I didn't receive a phone call back. Frustrating experience!

The boat we rented was not cleaned to our standards. We suffered an inordinate amount of flies on the boat and decided to cut the vacation short after only 23 hours on the water.
We were not refunded any money (except our damage deposit) and had to pay the entire vacation regardless of not having used the boat for the entire rental period.
Customer service extended to us was extremely poor; the accommodations were not as expected according to the pictures on the website; check in time and departure time was delayed an unacceptable amount of time; and overall it was a very poor vacation choice for us, in our opinion.

Positives: They were polite on the phone before our arrival and made the vacation seem like it "would be" a hassle free and wonderful time.

Scum ring around the hot tub
Lukewarm water in the hot tub
Beach area full of duck/bird feces
Late check-in time due to repairs on the boat
Late orientation due to time of check-in
Extremely poor customer service directed towards us

Fabulous location and boat.
Lake provides a almost prefect venue for a houseboating vacation.We explored the lake for 3 days tucking into wildernedd coves filled with wildlife.
A most do if you love nature and the water!!!
