Perfect getaway for a couple or family. Brook was beautiful, pool will be great in the summer but the hottub was great. Private no noise, weather wasnt great but no fault of the owners :) recommend all year around. Will be back

Positives: close to all ammenties.. great will grocery store down the road. close to beaches and fresh seafood. shopping, board walk.

Negatives: rock stairs going to brook were steep.
