Good location in Montreal. Rooms were very nice. The staff was great.
Positives: All of the staff was helpful.
Negatives: No shuttle to airport.

Spacious and well laid out, the room, although not huge, was perfect for a couple. Our bathroom door had no lock and was not a tight seal because of the design so if you are traveling with someone you hardly know, it might get awkward since privacy might be an issue - but this is probably only the case for the king bedroom. Towels could have been fluffier for the level of hotel, but all else was near perfect. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful - not an air of snootiness. A great upscale hotel for a great price, it is the kind of hotel worth splurging on.
Positives: Clean, very comfortable bed.
Negatives: No fan in the bathroom, towels could be fluffier for an upscale hotel.

The best part of the room was the comfort of the bed. If you are traveling alone the room is perfect otherwise you better want to spend every moment with your companion!
Positives: The bed. Otherwise it is a way overpriced hotel!
Negatives: Room was very small and cramped!

The staff was very accommodating, but I would not classify this hotel as upscale, more suited to Business Travelers. The washroom was very tiny.
Positives: Bed - very comfortable.
Negatives: Washrooms were very small.

Friendly, clean, efficient, comfortable! Would definitely return!
Positives: Had a surprise lunch/wine basket, and delivered as promised.
Negatives: When checking out, the clerk would only speak in French, though it appeared she did understand English. Everyone else was very accommodating.

Excellent location and service. Nice rooms with designer amenities. Excellent value. Valet Charge a little higher than normal, but was very efficient. Highly recommend.
Positives: Wonderful service.
Negatives: Lobby a little small.

Love the staff. Like the overall look of the hotel. Rooms were not overly generous in space. Bathrooms were a tight fit. No room for personal effects in there whatsoever. Great place to sleep, but not to spend any time in your room. Don't expect to have a romantic get away and be in that particular space. You will have to be content with seeing Montreal.
Positives: The staff was tremendously helpful and courteous. Couldn't ask for better.
Negatives: Rooms were entirely too small to the point of being somewhat uncomfortable for two people to share.

Great location, close to shopping (both boutique and mall), restaurants, bars, etc. The most helpful staff I have ever encountered and amazing beds!
Positives: Wonderful location, helpful staff, and trendy bar.
Negatives: There was nothing to dislike about this hotel.
