Each suite has private bathroom and kitchen cable TV with DVD player IPOD player coffeemaker and telephone. Each suite has a different color theme such as yellow red blue beige and brick suites. Tourists as well as families of McGill students and visiting professors to McGill University are welcome to stay at our accomodations.

We have a central location located on famous Prince Arthur Street and 5 minutes walking distance to downtown core. Easy walking access to festival sites MontRoyal Park cafes and restaurants on St. Catherine St. Laurent and St. Denis Streets. Free delicious breakfast. Next to McGill University. All room include free wireless high speed internet. If you are looking for lodging with the convenience of a downtown hotel and home comfort with friendly atmosphere this is the right Montreal accommodation for you. Stay at a University Bed and Breakfast for a unique lodging alternative to large hotels and inns. We also have apartment suites with private entrance and kitchen. The building was constructed in the early 1900s and to preserve the original architecture there are no elevators.

We have 2 suites on the ground floor.
