I had a smoking room in place of a non smoking room I had reserved.

Positives: Not very serious.

Negatives: Room for smoking people I dint reserved that.

It was good for our needs on our trip and the cost was nice and cheap.

Positives: Clean, quiet and cheap.

Negatives: They were a little rude with us because we only spoke English.
