Hotels with mice? Seriously, when I informed front desk they first asked me if I tried to catch the mouse and then the man had the guts to give me a cardboard box and asked me to try to get the mouse in it. When I refused he said that it was nothing else he could and that I had to wait until the next day to change the room. Which is what happened at the end. I can not believe I had to go what I went through.

Positives: Nothing.

Negatives: Mice, old, bad customer service.
