There was no elevator in the premises which was the most difficult and inappropriate thing for family travelers with luggages.<BR/>I chose this place only for its name. I will think not twice, but hundred times before choosing Best Western again. Overall, it didn't meet my expectations.

Positives: For the price and the star level, the room didn't meet the expectation. I felt like being in a motel.

Negatives: I

It was a fine hotel, outside of the double billing I received (still to be rectified). I would not recommend it if you want to get across the river in the morning.

Negatives: Getting across the bridge to Montreal was a nightmare.

We only had a short stay, We liked our stay there and would come again on another trip. It was very nice to have the breakfast available and was easy to get into Montreal so the location was good. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very pleasant.

Positives: Very Clean, nice size rooms.

Negatives: Cannot think of anything.
