This property evidently just changed hands. Unfortunately, our stay seemed to be affected by that. Some of the pictures on the websites are not up to date. The suite is not worth the money or extra space as the bedroom is very cramped and the bathroom incovenient. Some of the furniture was in disrepair-chair with the bottom falling out. I hope the new owner makes some improvements. Be aware this is a farm house directly across the road from a working farm. This can cause considerable odor at times. In it's current condition, this is not a 4-star b&b.

Positives: Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable

Negatives: Landscaping had not been cared for at all. Basic amenities had to be requested. Bedroom was cramped with bed pushed against one wall, difficult for two people to get in the bed.
Farm odor from across road very strong, needed to close window.
