This is a good budget place to stay close to the family activities in Cavendish We've been back twice as the value is very good for such a good proximity to Cavendish.

Positives: The positives are decent rooms, decent pool, nice hosts.

Negatives: The negatives are several, unfortunately. The water is a bit odd and is boiling hot most of the time, even in the toilet tank, so it's a bit difficult to brush your teeth at times! There is breakfast included with the rate, but don't expect a real B&B experience: all that is usually offered is eggs, occasionally pancakes. If you don't want eggs, they offer toast or cereal. Not a big variety. Accommodation is only basic. But as I said, they are reasonably priced and close to Cavendish, so it is what it is. I wouldn't tell anyone not to stay there because of the few negatives.
