Ganders Bed and Breakfast was a bed & breakfast located in Wellington. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway from the city or a restful stop along the way, The Ganders Bed and Breakfast extends a warm welcome and County hospitality. The house was built in 1994 as a replica of a 19th century home, but with all the 20th century amenities for the discerning traveller.

Located in the village of Wellington, the house and property are off the main street, on a large waterfront lot. Perennial gardens complement the house and landscape of this waterfront home!

We offer an air-conditioned smoke free environment.

Relax on the patio, explore the gardens, or follow the paths down to the large deck on the private pebble beach. Weather permitting, enjoy a lake-side bonfire, roast marshmallows, or just stargaze and listen to the surf. Hot breakfasts featuring County produce are served in the dining room. We make every effort to accommodate special diets and allergies when preparing our food. It is helpful to advise us when reserving your room if you have any dietary restrictions. The guest's areas on the main floor include the library and living room. The library is a comfortable room complete with a gas fireplace for those fall and winter evenings. There is a large selection of books, TV and VCR, and a large games-table for your enjoyment.

The three guest bedrooms are on the second floor. All rooms have full private baths. For your comfort and convenience, we also provide hair dryers and cozy terry-cloth robes.
