The hotel is showing its age; has thin doors that let in a lot of noise, but for business travellers the worst "feature" is the rigid policy on reservation changes. Any change must be done five full days in advance. Changes in my schedule meant that I wished to leave one day early, but the best I could negotiate was a $95 penalty. In 30 years of business travel I have never seen such a rigid and unhelpful policy. BE WARNED!
