Super extremely small room. Found out that this was a motel which was turned into a Hotel, added a restaurant and slapped on a Sheraton name. I would<BR/>not stay in this hotel again nor recommend to anyone staying in the area.
Positives: The Security guard / worker / Front desk attendant Harrold Miller.
Negatives: Everything else.

Great hotel experience. Enjoyed stay. Enjoyed location. Gas, convenience stores, groceries, pharmacies are near by. Lake is a great plus across the street. Easy drive into downtown Toronto.
Positives: Hotel staff is friendly, nice and helpful. Being next to the lake is great. Very easy drive into downtown Toronto. Convenience, grocery, & gas close.
Negatives: The complimentary water in the hotel was Nestle Pure Life - horrible taste. Parking may be a small issue on very busy nights. Hotel will help w/ that.

Beautiful rooms, comfy bed, nice balcony, love the full size blow dryer and flat screen TV.
Positives: Beautiful accommodations.
Negatives: Hard to find.

Rooms are large enough and comfortable enough to accommodate a small family with a nice flat screen, DVD player, double sinks, good lighting and comfortable beds.
Positives: Room was surprisingly nice.
Negatives: Breakfast room not big enough to accommodate guests.

When we checked in we were given a room on the 4th floor. The whole floor smelled musty, the air conditioner was not on in the room, there was no toilet paper at all and the room was directly on the highway. We couldn't even hear ourselves think. I called down and asked for another room. Our only choice was to pay a $20 charge and be put on another floor at the front of the building.
Positives: Loved the second room we were put in.
Negatives: The fact that

I enjoyed my stay there. Great for runners.
Positives: Convenient location and free parking.
Negatives: No negative comments in this trip.

The hotel was nice. Our first room was not cleaned and there was a mouse running around. We let the staff know and we were promptly upgraded to a much nicer room. In the morning we were also treated to a free breakfast, which was delicious (though would have been overpriced had we paid). The second room we were in had a beautiful view of the lake and comfortable beds. The TV was older and did not seem to fit in with the overall luxury of the hotel.
Positives: Staff was quick to resolve all complaints.
Negatives: Walls were very thin and could hear neighbors clearly.

Clean, convenient and accommodating.
Positives: Good exercise room & spa.
Negatives: Located adjacent to major elevated highway and room window was next to road.

The staff was pleasant and accommodating as much as they could. Air was broken in room and my room was very loud as it was facing expressway. I got no sleep. I could not hook up to internet and waited over 15 min for help to get connected, ended up hanging up. I had no cell coverage at the hotel, so as a business traveler I was not able to do any business in the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to any business traveler.
Positives: Comfortable bed.
Negatives: No internet, broken air conditioner, loud, next to expressway, no cell signal at hotel.

Friendly staff, nice clean room, view of Lake Ontario but the traffic noise was excessive until we moved to the opposite side of the corridor.
Positives: Conveniently located for this particular trip.
Negatives: Having to pay extra to get two beds. Also, having to pay extra to be moved to a room with less traffic noise.

This was the smallest room and bathroom I have ever stayed in and it was so close to a major highway that I could reach out the window and touch the passing vehicles. Tough to sleep with all that noise.
Positives: Clean and acceptable.
Negatives: Room 10 feet from major highway.

Nice hotel, clean, convenient and comfy. I specially loved the mattress and pillows were new!
Positives: New conveniences, new sheets, great smell, nice decoration, friendly staff.
Negatives: Too noisy at night! Really noisy from the street cars.

Clean comfortable room, friendly front desk. Bike path and board walk along the lake just across the street.
Positives: The room was comfortable. Good view of the lake.
Negatives: Too far from down town.

The rest was terrible, food was terrible, drinks were awful, service was shoddy, we were not comped for anything. They were even going to charge me for a chef's calamari that was so overcooked I could not chew it. The table next to us had to send back garlic bread twice before it came out hot, our buns were still frozen on the inside. It was a martini bar that had no idea how to make a sweet martini let alone a named one, the bartender had to try 3 times before we gave up. The hamburger was definitely not hand made by anyone in the kitchen, the soup was supposed to be tomato not ketchup. On the lighter side, the water was good enough. Breakfast was way overpriced, carpet was stained in many places, balcony was very dirty, bathroom was more of a closed. All in all, I don't think there was anything about that hotel we liked other than the location.
Positives: The location was good.
Negatives: A martini bartender should know how to make a martini, the food was out of a box and still not good.

Nice hotel across from the lake, but next to busy highway with loud traffic noise and major construction next door. Lobby and rooms are nice and staff was very friendly. Good place to stay overnight with family or on business, but not resort hotel.
Positives: It was very adequate.
Negatives: Traffic noise and construction.

I left behind a pair of glasses in the hotel, and the housekeeping staff found them for me and are mailing them back to me - I thought this was very honest and highlights the friendly and trustworthy staff that work here. Our bed was probably the most memorable thing about our stay. It was so incredibly comfortable! The room and hotel itself was very clean. There is a little bit of noise if you are staying on the side facing Lakeshore due to high volume traffic, so it takes away from the romantic side when you have a balcony, but with the door closed you can't hear anything from the street. It's a great location for anyone going to the Amphitheatre at Ontario Place to see a concert - only about a ten minute drive away. It was nice that we had a bit of a later check out time compared to other hotels we have stayed at (11:00 am at this hotel, especially after being up late at a concert/staying out in Toronto. Parking was free which we have not experienced staying in other hotels in the Toronto area.
Positives: The bed was super comfortable and the staff was very friendly.
Negatives: Room could have been bigger, not much to the hotel itself.

The Four Points Sheraton was a lovely hotel with good parking; clean, attractive rooms and a very friendly staff. My advice would be to simply ask for a room on the side of the hotel away from the Gardiner Expressway for a quieter night's sleep.
Positives: Very clean & comfortable with nice rooms and linens.
Negatives: Location of room near busy road was noisy.

The receptionists are excellent and the hotel has friendly environment.
Positives: Friendly, clean and higher price that I expected.
Negatives: None.

Decent hotel. Four points must have bought it and redone the interior. The exterior is nothing great. It is located halfway between the airport and downtown. Cabs are expensive in Toronto so it is a 20dollar ride to downtown and 40 to the airport.
Positives: Room was clean and had nice flat screen TV.
Negatives: Location is just off the lake but a 20$ cab ride into the city.

Staff should not argue with customers, I told the clerk my bill was prepaid and he argued with me that it was not, I got so irate I hung up on him; he then called back and said oh yes you are correct.
Positives: Close to where I wanted to be.
Negatives: Bathroom was dirty, mold, outrageous price for long distance.

The first room we were offered looked onto a brick wall. They were disorganized and we ended up trucking our own goods. They did not execute our wake-up call. This place needs work.
Positives: It was clean and the room was large.
Negatives: This is a 2-star hotel not a 3-star hotel.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Large comfortable rooms with view of the lake. Not as close to downtown as would have liked. Staff not at all happy to see a group of travelers in their young 20's. Even after we proved to be quiet and polite travelers we still were treated poorly.
Positives: Very nice comfortable rooms.
Negatives: Staff was not accommodating to a young 20's group. Treated us as if we did not belong in their hotel.
