Great Staff and Service especially she was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were up to date with a system that allowed us to plug in HDMI devices along with laptops and a sub key. It is located on a street with a lot of upscale shopping and a food market is located just beside the hotel. The subway is also located a few steps outside the hotel making it easy to go anywhere you wanted.
Positives: Great Service, close to everything, including the subway.
Negatives: Lobby could have been nicer..

Overall hotel experience was much better than the last time. Both times there were middle of the night disturbances which woke us.

Positives: Very nice rooms, modern, very nice bathrooms and very clean. Great big screen TV.

This is really a nice hotel, but there was no parking. The staff appeared to be unconcerned.

I really like that the hotel didn't gouge for room service. They did not charge a $4 delivery charge, and the 15% gratuity was included in the bill, and so there was no space for an additional tip which I liked. I hate feeling guilty at other hotels when they charge so much for delivery and then you're suppose to tip in addition to 15% and a $4 delivery charge. Kudos to Marriott! Other hotels take note. We're watching. In-room internet wasn't free, but I thought it was reasonable.
Positives: The room was newly renovated and very nice, spacious, great TV and bed, very clean, and convenient location.
Negatives: The room was a bit dark because it faced the interior courtyard.

I was pleasantly surprised. When I checked in, the staff upgraded my room from a standard suite to a king bed suite on the Concierge Level (although I didn't have access to the Concierge Lounge). The bathrooms were well laid out and the room was roomier than your average room.
Positives: Great room(I was upgraded), beautiful bathrooms.
Negatives: Hotel was not directly accessible from parking lot(had to walk).

Despite the view, the hotel was lovely and the staff excellent.

As soon and my friends and I arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with excellent service. The girls at the front desk were extremely helpful in providing restaurant and nightlife information. The hotel is located in Yorkville which is a little north of the Eaton Center, but the metro was located 30 seconds from the hotel.
Positives: The Front desk had excellent customer service skills. Extremely friendly!
Negatives: Bathroom was a little small.

Overall, I found the hotel to be excellent. Our waitress at breakfast both days was very pleasant. I found the price for a glass of wine exorbitant since I had just had the exact same Chilean wine at a pub for $7.00.
Positives: Beds and linens were very comfortable.
Negatives: A glass of Sauvignon Blanc was $11.00.

Rooms were OK - dusting not done before we came into the room. The hotel restaurant had good service but the menu items were way overpriced. $4.50 for a single serving size of yogurt that costs 0.50 in the grocery store. Given to me in the plastic container it is sold in. Milk ordered for the kids served in the carton, not in a glass.

This hotel was adequate. Not quite what you would expect for a Marriott, however. A lot of work in cosmetic features of the corridors are needed.

I was soured on this hotel right from the time we arrived. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 pm. We arrived right before 3:00. Our room was not ready, the woman working at the front desk informed us that it would not be ready for 45 minutes. I inquired if check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 and my fiancé told her that we had a wedding to get to at 4:00. She became quite rude and short with us, informing us that several people had gotten there ahead of us. We had to change for the wedding in the bathroom in the hotel lobby. Many other guests were also waiting in the lobby for their rooms. Check-out from this hotel is not until 1:00 pm, clearly this does not leave enough time to ready the rooms for the next night's guests. We had been counting on checking in at the stated time, quite often hotel rooms are available early so we did not anticipate a problem. The rudeness of the front desk attendant made the situation even worse.

This hotel is clean, quiet, and offers good a amount of amenities - except, no free internet. Business travelers will be satisfied with this centrally located hotel.

Hotel was fine but certainly not a 4 star hotel. The overview stated bathrobes were provided- they were not. Very small room. No extra roll away bed as stated in overview.
