Great location that's close to everything in the downtown Toronto area. Nice views. Friendly Staff, lots of amenities.

Positives: Lots to offer in a central location of Toronto.

Negatives: Prices were a little on the steep side for relatively modest products, mainly in the bar/restaurants.

For a four-star facility I would not have expected a vacuum to sit in an open hallway outside my room for the duration of my multi-day visit. Beds were comfortable and linens exceptional, but bathroom could have been cleaner. Bathroom floor did not appear to have been recently cleaned and hallway carpets not vacuumed. Maybe the vacuum left in the open was inoperable?

Positives: Staff was professional and friendly.

Negatives: Common areas not kept clean.

The service here was fantastic! The food was great! I was really impressed with the presentation.

Positives: Spacious and helpful staff.

Negatives: In room video didn't work.

Overall the experience I had at this hotel was good. Most of the staff was friendly and I would stay here again.

Positives: Clean, comfortable, affordable.

Negatives: Some staff.

Wouldn't recommend it to anyone and will make a point of telling anyone/everyone I know thusly.

Positives: The view of it in my rear view mirror.

Negatives: Everything preceding the aforementioned view.

Great location, other than the minor incident with the room service needs I would stay again for non-business travel. I would look for other options as I need wireless access for business travel.

Positives: Great location.

Negatives: Needed plates and silverware - was given a hard time at bar and instructed to contact room service.

Very nice. Will stay there again.

Positives: Convenience, friendliness, staffing

Negatives: No extra blankets, and kids in hot tub.

Great location and always a good experience. Having lived in Toronto I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I visit the city. The best of the water and the city. The best views( besides the CN Tower), nice pool and very friendly staff.

Positives: Fabulous location - on the water, 2 blocks from the subway and city.

Negatives: Cost of on-site parking, gym, restaurant at top of hotel could be so much better.

Enjoyed hotel. Service superb. Facilities excellent. Appreciated airport check-in computer with boarding pass printer in lobby. Need to review all handicap signage and ease of access to exterior through side door. Leaving the hotel on foot from front door requires complicated stairwell or slippery ramp used by vehicles.

Positives: Staff service.

Negatives: Handicap accessible signage needs improvements especially exterior side door and interior signage to front desk. Access an afterthought.

Hotel was very nice, location and service was first class! Room was very comfortable, a tad small but clean and recently updated and the view was excellent.
Hot wire guests the less desirable rooms. Being that close to the elevator seems to be a recurring theme. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel and Priceline highly!!

Positives: Location and service.

Negatives: Elevator noise.

Very luxurious with breath taking views of the water.

Positives: The views on the water.

Negatives: The 35 dollar a day parking.

Positives: Excellent downtown location. Able to walk to restaurants, CN Tower, subway. Clean and comfortable.

Negatives: Restaurant was expensive.

The hotel was beautiful, especially the lake view. The staff was friendly and gave us a room upgrade. The facilities were great and the location was very convenient. There is a streetcar stop right outside of the hotel.

Positives: The lake view.

Negatives: The concierge could have been more helpful.

This is a really great hotel regarding its location. It has an excellent view to the harbor and downtown. It is also clean and comfortable. However, I don't think I would like to go there again because they don't have free access to the Internet.

Positives: Excellent location right on the harbour. Great view to the harbour or even to the CN Tower.

Negatives: No WiFi free access. No free breakfast included.

This is a great hotel.

Positives: Location.

Negatives: Parking was way too expensive.

This hotel has a bit of a commercial, business feel to it, but it is in a nice location on the waterfront. It is starting to show signs of age. It is clean and the beds are comfortable. Some aspects such as the revolving restaurant does not revolve and the restaurant is showing its age. Valet parking costs way too much and park yourself is also expensive plus it is a block from the restaurant.

Positives: Good location, clean but dated. Revolving restaurant does not revolve anymore.

Negatives: Cost of parking was $40 Canadian.

Hotel location is great. Room is definitely not a 4 star quality. Small, bathroom old fashioned small. However, bed and bedding great. Parking is $ 40.00 per night, internet $ 20.00 per day. Very noisy air conditioner rattle. Food is restaurant is expensive and not very tasty.
Positives: Location and view is good.

Negatives: Very expensive parking and no free internet.

Exceeded our expectations. I liked their policy of giving you a $ 5 gift certificate if you decline maid service - good for the environment.
Positives: When we told the reception desk it was our anniversary he gave us a complimentary upgrade to a water view on an upper floor!

Negatives: Very expensive breakfast. $8 for a bagel and cream cheese.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The restaurant at the top of the tower had a magnificent view, but the food quality was poor. Incredible that so many (fairly expensive) hotels like this one still charge so much extra for internet access.

Positives: The hotel's location is quite convenient.

Negatives: Extra charge for internet access. The Hot tub was not functioning.

Clean, great location with great facilities. However parking is extremely expensive.

Positives: Beautiful hotel on a beautiful property.

Negatives: Price of parking.

If you are just looking for a very nice place to sleep and relax, the Westin Harbour Castle is excellent. However if you require internet access, want to make local calls the additional fees to do so greatly reduces the acceptability of this hotel.

Positives: Excellent location and view

Negatives: Additional fees
