This hotel felt like it needed major updating. The room was worn. The Sleep comfort bed did not operate. There were not enough free outlets to charge today's traveler's electronic equipment. The wifi was not available in the rooms, only in the lobby. That is a serious flaw.
Positives: The night desk staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Made Me feel welcome after a long day.
Negatives: No Wi-Fi in the rooms!!! Poor, poor, poor!!

The hotel is conveniently located in a major crossed road about 10 miles to Toronto center. I was not expecting to see the degree of clean and comfort from this Radisson after spending a lot of $$ in some downtown 4-stars. The rooms are big and spacious. It even has sleep-number beds in the rooms!
Positives: The hotel is relatively new (much better than downtown hotels).
Negatives: Parking should be free.

The beds were the best part of the room. This hotel cares about the guest and it shows. No WiFi in the room was a surprise, but they did have a Internet connection for a laptop but WiFi for a iPhone and iPad would have been better.
Positives: The beds were great and we slept very good.
Negatives: Not having WiFi in the rooms. There was a Internet connection, but WiFi would have been better.

Very convenient location, very fast check-in. Price was obviously great. Parking rate is fine ($7/12 hours), but I did not realize this was automatically charged to my bill. Instead, I had already purchased a ticket outside and then was also charged when I checked out the next morning.
Positives: Location, cost, bed!
Negatives: Parking...I paid at the machine outside and was also charged by the hotel for the same period.

This is an outdated property that smells old, looks outdated and needs a serious upgrade. Staff was fine.
Positives: Close to the highway.
Negatives: Old property, stained carpets, smelly, outdated fixtures, and pay for parking .

Simple, not considered a 3 stars at all. A little dirty, poor cleaning service.
Positives: Not much. It says there is a spa whirlpool and there isn't any, I will never stay there again even if I would get a free room.
Negatives: I was not received well.

Very disappointed, no hot tube or pool was available due to maintenance, no ice machine was working, and to top it off, no light bulb in our room when we went to play cards, because there was nothing else to do! was looking forward to a nice swim/hot tub relaxing evening and didn't happen.
Positives: Easy access.
Negatives: Pool/hot tub not working/no ice machine/restaurant closed.

I was very happy to see that this hotel offered beds where you could control the comfort level (firm or plush). The control did not work though, and was stuck with one side very firm and the other side very soft. This made for a very uncomfortable night sleep every time I rolled over, it was like rolling up or down and woke me each time. The hotel is near a club of some kind, so returning to the hotel at 10:00 pm made parking very difficult. This was frustrating as we had already paid for parking at the hotel.
Positives: Staff was friendly, helpful.
Negatives: Difficult to find parking spot, uncomfortable beds.

Don't know where to begin. I was highly uncomfortable to say the least. The furniture was dated, the carpet was old and dark, I was very uncomfortable in the bathroom, It was old and stained, and looked dirty. My skin itched while I was in the bed. My husband thought the hotel was "garbage". I really hate giving bad reviews, but I think if I'm not honest, they will not improve. I think this hotel has great potential, but someone needs to spend some money to update the place. the location is great, but the hotel needs work.
Positives: The bed was comfortable.
Negatives: Old furniture, bathroom dated.

Positives: The staff was very good and helpful. Food in restaurant was good.
Negatives: Hallways were stained and smelled bad.

The hotel had a good location. However, the facility was old. Carpets needed to be cleaned and the rooms, in general, were old.
Positives: Located close to highway and easy to locate.
Negatives: Lobby and public areas were old and appeared dirty.

We stayed here one night with our two kids 3 & 1, were provided a crib for our little one which was already set up when we arrived. Well-decorated room, large TV, very comfortable beds (adjustable hard/softness). There is no mini-fridge or microwave. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.
Positives: Adjustable comfort beds, large flat screen TV, and well-decorated.
Negatives: Minor detail - hair on the wall of the shower. No mini-fridge or microwave.

Good location. Easy to get to various highways. Large rooms, good heating system.
Positives: Roomy, friendly staff.
Negatives: No refrigerator in the room.

Rooms are dated<BR/>but clean and comfy. Staff is friendly. Pool is reasonably good. The odd, above-ground hot tub worked surprisingly well. Restaurant was a disappointment, but there are no sit-down breakfast alternatives nearby. The Sleep Number beds are a profound disappointment. Given pricing and availability of hotel rooms in Toronto over the crowded New Years holiday, we feel we got a fair deal.
Positives: Friendly staff, close to transit, decent value.
Negatives: Freeway noise, Sleep Number beds disappoint, facilities require update.

This hotel was not more than a 2.5 star by any means. Staff was often absent when help was needed and they failed to explain the way parking worked when you are a guest. The rooms are not as nice as the images on the website portrayed. The rooms are also very cramped with little space to move around.
Positives: That it was somewhat clean and the staff that did help were friendly.
Negatives: It smelled funny at times, and could have been better decorated.

The hotel staff are friendly and the hotel is in good condition. However I believe the ventilation system may be inadequate. I have stayed on the 3rd and 4th floors of this hotel. The hotel is not smoke free, thus a light scent of smoke from the 2nd level (smoking rooms are located on this level) travels throughout the hotel and into the other rooms. If you have allergies or are sensitive to cigarette smoke, then this hotel would not be recommended. Otherwise it would be a good nights rest.
Positives: Staff was pleasant.
Negatives: The non-smoking rooms smell like cigarettes.

A fine Priceline.com value!
Positives: Very convenient location and the beds are AWESOME!
Negatives: The in-room coffee pots could be bigger

There was nothing wrong with the hotel. The traffic in the city was horrendous and what should have taken 15 minutes took 45 minutes.
Positives: Staff attentivness.
Negatives: Whirlpool Location.

Good clean hotel. Great helpful staff at the reception, housekeeping and restaurant who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Washrooms were well appointed and clean. Two queen beds made the room a little tight. Sleep number beds to suit to preference.
Positives: Excellent staff.
Negatives: Food is a little pricey. Rooms should have microwave and fridge.

Overall it was an okay hotel to stay at for 1 night. The rooms were clean and very nice. The water bottles were a nice touch.
Positives: The sleep number beds.
Negatives: The hall ways are very out dated and non friendly staff.

My overall experience was exceptional. The staff went out of their way to be helpful.
Positives: The front staff was extremely helpful.
Negatives: The free internet connection was intermittant and very slow.

Not a good place for someone who has allergies. Could see mold on the ceiling, air conditioning unit & every time the fan kicked on was dealing with allergy symptoms. Moved to 3 different rooms because of the smell from carpet being cleaned prior to my stay. Carpets are old and very stained up. Furniture was torn and tattered in a couple of the rooms. Very thin walls could hear noise from above, sides and down the hall. Doors shut hard so whenever someone went in and out of their room it would shake everyones doors. The bathrooms were tiny and one needed repair in the shower.
Positives: Great location & restaurant had good food.
Negatives: Rooms smelled musty & moldy.

I would recommend this hotel.
Positives: Clean room, friendly staff.
Negatives: Had to pay 5.65$ for overnight parking but they did not have any parking space available!

Nice hotel. Great swimming pool, although the hot tub jets were broken the entire week we were there. Fitness area was okay. One of the two treadmills was broken our entire stay. The staff at the front desk (one person in particular) were very helpful and courteous. Complimentary coffee in the lobby would have been nice. They charged $2 for a cup from a machine. Only two computers for the entire hotel in the lobby. Most guests had to use these as there wasn't any WiFi in the rooms. For business travelers, WiFi is a must and should be a staple at any hotel these days. The sleep number beds were okay but nothing to write home about. A good mattress would have been the same. The down duvets were wonderful though. Housekeeping for the most part was good; but a couple of days we didn't get the coffee and mugs cleaned/replaced. The day we arrived, two of the elevators were out of order; everyone waited for 1 elevator. Overall, a nice hotel, but work was needed and maintenance needed. For a Radisson, I expected more.
Positives: The down duvets were wonderful!! The pool was great.
Negatives: Did not have Wifi in the rooms; and internet cable had problems.

This hotel should be a safe bet-a Radisson in a major city. It may have been a nice hotel when it was updated a few years ago but the hotel has not been nicely maintained. Carpets were stained, fixtures were broken, shower did not drain at all, Internet did not work.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Dirty, shower did not drain, Internet did not work, and staff did not care when problems were reported.

The stay was great and we even got free upgrades.
Positives: Easy access and nice rooms.
Negatives: Parking fees.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms was like a slap in the face though being charged for local calls!
Positives: Very comfortable.
Negatives: Charging for local calls.
