EMBARRASSING! Notified them of a VIP coming to town. They gave him a very bad room (in basement), insufficient heating, and guest complained of "critters" (rats? cockroaches? - it was dark), followed by breakfast including a hard boiled egg frozen in the center. Furthermore, they said that there was no one else staying downstairs, but people were coming and going all night. We moved him IMMEDIATELY to a hotel downtown. Then they insisted on payment! Very disappointed and will never use again. DEC 2009
