Very pleased - will stay there again - great location for Niagara Falls visitors.
Positives: Clean.
Negatives: Location was tough to find - it sits behind another building and parking lot needs more lights.

The hotel was very nice and was a good value, especially since I booked our stay early. Having the pull-out couch was handy for an older child. Also, the microwave and refrigerator is handy for breakfast items, since the hotel doesn't have a free breakfast included.
Positives: This hotel was very up-to-date and clean - all the rooms are suites.
Negatives: It was located in a out-of the way area, difficult to locate at night.

The hotel was great and the staff was wonderful. It was like a condo. My problem is with the extra billing by the hotel which I assume will be resolved. It was very inconvenient and time consuming to correct this mistake. My daughter also purchased a room and had the same billing problem.
Positives: Everything.
Negatives: No coffee in lobby. No complimentary breakfast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Friendly, efficient, and helpful staff. The suite layout was good with the sleeping area separate from the living space. Beautiful hotel and excellent staff.
Positives: Excellent service.
Negatives: Nothing.

Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I would stay there again. The price was great compared to hotels right near Niagara Falls. The location was only minutes away from attractions. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the staff friendly. There was free hi speed internet included. Please don't eat at the restaurant. The staff was friendly but the food was way overpriced for the quality of the meal. Go elsewhere and get a better meal for half the price. The shuttle only ran from 7pm-11pm period. It dropped you off and you were stuck Downtown until 11pm great for single adults, bad for parents with small kids. Still overall it was a great hotel and I'd stay there again. The place looked brand new. Very well kept.
Positives: Friendly staff frees WiFi, clean, comfortable beds, close to attractions.
Negatives: The restaurant food was extremely poor, no hot tub. Shuttle service was limited.

Negatives: Nothing stands out.

Overall, excellent experience.
Positives: The skylight in the rooms on the 4th floor, courteous staff, large suite with fridge and microwave, living room separate.
Negatives: Needs a coffee shop for espresso.

With the exception of the restaurant, which in general is nice to have on site but the service was terrible, this hotel was excellent! The receptionists at the desk were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very nice and very clean. The pool was not very clean (looked like it had stuff floating in it). It was relatively close to the Niagara falls attractions with out the price gouging you see at the falls. It was an awesome trip and the hotel stay was perfect.
Positives: Hotel guest services were awesome. Hotel was very nice and clean. Would stay again.
Negatives: Restaurant was not good. Took over an hour to get our food and it was cold. Service was poor.

This hotel was very clean and the room was roomy and comfortable. It far exceeded our expectations. The next time we go to Niagara Falls we plan to bring our children and stay in this hotel.
Positives: It was clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved it. It should be a 5 star hotel.
Negatives: We loved it!

Very nice suite hotel but finding it can be a slight pain - after having driven into the Brock university campus and out again and finding the correct street, I drove right past the hotel due to poor sign age - their sign is located parallel to the road + set back in the middle of double in-out driveways and is easily missed.
Positives: It's very quiet.
Negatives: Two bulbs burned out in lamps & most of the lamps + radio etc in the room were unplugged?

This is a pretty hotel with comfortable suites. Clean and easily accessible to the highway.
Positives: Good staff. Great beds. Nice size mini-suite style rooms.
Negatives: Lousy restaurant.
