RESERVATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU A ROOM

We had a reservation (they took our credit card number and gave us a reservation number) but when we arrived we were told that they didn't have a room for us.
I asked how that was possible and was told that perhaps the part--time person took the reservation.
NO APOLOGY, NO ATTEMPT TO HELP - JUST A SHRUG.
The lady at the front desk wouldn't even look at the reservation number, or check their computer system - just kept repeating that they had no rooms.
Positives: Nothing positive about not getting the room you reserved!

BUYER BEWARE, don't let the great reviews fool you.
I booked this motel for my niece because it had great reviews. I booked a room for 2 adults and a 3 year old child. I received a written confirmation and it stated my credit card would be charged for 1 night only and the balance when they arrived. On the day of their arrival their flight was delayed which meant their arrival at the motel would be after 6 pm. I contacted the motel and spoke to a woman with a thick accent who was most annoyed that they would be arriving late. When they arrived at the motel there was no one at the front desk so my niece called me on her cell phone from the front lobby of this motel. She was upset because no one came to the front desk even after they buzzed. A lady with a thick accent finally appeared. My niece gave her name and she angrily pulled up the reservation. She told my niece she was not aware a child would also be occupying the room and was very nasty and extremely rude she made my niece cry. I asked my niece to pass her to me over the telephone and explained I have a confirmation email from her confirming their arrival. She denied it and was just as rude to me. My niece was left having to find other sleeping arrangements because this motel which they had reservations would not allow them to stay there. I believe this motel has new owners and this motel has not been re evaluated. The staff is very rude and even though you have confirmed reservations they do not honour it and they are not child friendly. This motel is in a bad part of town, you are surrounded by other motels that house refugee claimants that have just landed here from abroad. Prostitutes and Pimps ply their trade in the area of these motels which are all within walking distance. I believe the great reviews came from the old owners because this lady was very very rude. I would definitely not recommend this motel to my worst enemy.
