Location is good, just off Hwy 15 on Otter Lake.

Positives: In ground pool is nice.

Negatives: Owner has a policy of my way or no way. Geese on the beach area so watch where you walk. Comfort station is old. Docks are very wobbly making walking on them dangerous.
