Park is being improved. Lots of work being done. New sewers, roads, landscaping. New homes

Positives: There are several new permanent homes for sale. Owner is trying to have more permanent sites than weekend or seasonal campers.

Negatives: In a state of repair. Roads and drain being installed so it is kind of messy with all the rain
