Sunny Point is the authentic Canadian, private, lake resort, inns & cottage experience at a warm, friendly, family resort. Sunny Point even has comforts like Satellite TV with dvd. Each cottage has it's own gas bbq, screened in porch and wood stove with wood provided.

Our pet friendly accommodations all have private docks with a canoe and, in summer peak season, a boat and motor as part of the weekly rental for only $200. Sunny Point is tucked away at the extreme East end of Otter Lake on the North side giving us Southern exposure to the sun and a location that provides the most peace and quiet possible. We do not allow boom boxes or loud parties and we ask guests who bring a sea doo or ski boat to enjoy them away from our 2 isolated bays. Enjoy a resort vacation in a quiet Ontario inn or the finest pet friendly waterfront cottages North of Toronto. We bring together great cottage rentals with dog friendly accommodations or our inn and suites, (where we do not allow pets). We aren't the Hyatt or a franchised name and can't and don't compete with these places. We do not provide all day or overnight front desk service. We're a small family run operation & provide the unique benefits of being that way.
