Ashbury House is in a large 100 year-old Queen Anne house that has kept its original character, e.g., the dining room feels a grand room in a chateau. We are located in Ottawa's prestigious and historic Glebe neighbourhood that has excellent restaurants, shops, pubs and churches. We are minutes from to the Rideau Canal (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and a 5 minute drive to downtown Ottawa, and the many tourist facilities, two universities and the convention centre. There are many events around town including many festivals, the National Arts Centre and several theatres.
