Treat yourself to a bed and breakfast in Oakville at our charming c. 1908 English Arts & Crafts manor home with interesting history set in an attractive garden in a beautiful residential area of South East Oakville and steps from Chancery Promenade on Lake Ontario, only 5 minutes to downtown Oakville.
This elegant home was the original estate house on ten acres of land extending from Lakeshore Road to Lake Ontario. A quiet residential area has now been built around the house, however it still retains much of its original charm and atmosphere. Stone balustrades border a raised patio leading to the front door, where guests are welcome to sit and enjoy the gardens. Inside is a pleasant mix of comfortable sitting areas, a formal dining room and a separate television lounge.
For your rest and relaxation you may read the morning paper in the library, sip an extra cup of coffee in the conservatory overlooking the garden and swimming pool, play the baby grand piano or stroll 100 metres to the shore of nearby Lake Ontario.
