I would recommend this hotel.

Positives: Clean, friendly staff, and good location.

Negatives: I did not find anything wrong.

Good value, clean and good place to stay on business.

Positives: Clean good sized room and large bathroom. Had microwave and fridge.

Negatives: No restaurant and not close by to anything much beyond pizza.

It didn't fully meet my needs; however, it was comfortable and spacious. The staff overall was friendly, but not that helpful.

Positives: The bed was comfortable and the bathroom large.

Negatives: Not close to shopping, restaurants etc.

When all of the rooms are done with renovation, it will be a adequate place to stay. The location has nothing that would draw you to it, within the North Bay area.

Positives: After sharing our concern about the condition of the assigned room, we were given a renovated of much better quality.

Negatives: The initial room we were give was in poor condition. Holes in the wall, loose threads and worn out bed spread, worn and spotted carpeting etc.
