We are an adult-oriented bed and breakfast located on a street surrounded by trees and parkland.

Our elegant home offers 3 modern contemporary, spacious guest rooms. Each has its own ensuite bathroom with jetted bathtub and shower.

Each guest room features flat screened TV, fine Egyptian cotton bed linens and spa bath products.

Each morning, join us for a gourmet breakfast which includes fresh fruit from local farms, home-baked goods, quiches, frittatas, omelettes, stratas, pancakes and specialty waffles.

Lakelands Bed and Breakfast is a member of Niagara on the Lake Bed and Breakfast Association, Niagara on the Lake Chamber of Commerce and the Professional Association of Innkeepers International.
