The hotel food was okay and very costly. 4 people $60.00 for breakfast seems excessive.
Positives: Location to the border and restaurants.
Negatives: Valet parking increased price by $25.00 unexpected.

This hotel met all our expectations. It is attractive, well located, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The only negatives were: Pay for valet parking and the bath room was somewhat too small.

Absolutely amazing, perfect location, ie roads not too busy or congested. 10 out of 10 for luxury and appearance. Jacuzzi and fireplace were great touch.

The view was beautiful, It was clean and well kept & the Valet was fast and very friendly.
Positives: The pool area was pleasant (warm).

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Great view of the falls. The shuttle was very handy to get to the Casino and to other restaurants, shops. We found the prices of everything very expensive, $8.95 per day for Internet access, $20 per day for parking, water in room was $6.50 per bottle. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Negatives: Hotel's add on's were very expensive, $20 per day for parking.

The view and location was fantastic. Our room was amazing with a hot tub and fireplace in the room. We had a beautiful view and the staff was friendly and more then willing to help us with anything and everything we needed. It was a fantastic stay.
Positives: The lady at the front desk gave us a free room upgrade that was fabulous.

Room was tucked in a corner on the 18th floor, almost an afterthought! Very clean in bedroom and bathroom. Excellent location for walking to scenic views and restaurant options. Parking very expensive, and it took quite a while to retrieve the car. Fitness center small, not ventilated, but clean.
Positives: Clean rooms with excellent linens and towels; coffee maker.
Negatives: Expensive parking; view of a wall; small fitness center.;

From the initial check-in throughout the evening, the hotel service was excellent. Rooms were spotless and beds were perfect with sufficient pillows and covers. The elevators were punctual when requested, fast and quiet.
Positives: The location was excellent and was upgraded to a falls view room. The beds were very comfortable, the room and bathroom were spotless.
Negatives: We found the room was not insulated to eliminate outside noises. We could hear people in the hall and children in adjoining rooms.

My husband and I had a wonderful time during our trip. The hotel staff was very hospitable and the view of the falls from our room was amazing! We enjoyed massages in the hotel spa which was very relaxing and the pool area was great. We will absolutely stay in the hotel again!
Positives: Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were comfortable, AMAZING view!
Negatives: Room was slightly smaller than anticipated but still very comfortable for two.

This hotel may be good for someone who has a fancy car, because if you pull up in the registration parking space (15 min) in an old car, the staff will quickly tell you you can't park there, when you tell them you are registering there they tell you you only have 15 mins, but if you have a nice car you can stay about 2 hours.

Negatives: Valet staff, you had to pay for everything, phone calls, Internet, and parking.

This hotel is worthy of the Marriott name. It's clean, roomy, the staff from the valet parking attendants to the receptionists to the room staff are very friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and a fantastic view.
Positives: Clean, friendly staff, close to casino and other facilities and great view of falls and river.
Negatives: We didn't spend much time at the hotel, and have no complaints.

The Marriott is a beautifully-appointed hotel with the best view of Niagara Falls on the hotel strip. The suites are lovely and spacious, and very comfortable. Reasonable access to Niagara's top tourist attractions without requiring a vehicle.
Positives: Clean, comfortable, well-appointed and magnificent view of Niagara Falls.
Negatives: Check-in was busy, but the staff did not appear to respond well. They came across as rushed and harried, instead of courteous and efficient.

The hotel has spectacular views of Horseshoe Falls. The room was nice and room service in front of your picture window is a must!

Overall a pleasant stay but did not have many perks you would expect from a 4 star hotel such as room robes, morning paper, umbrellas, complimentary water bottles, etc.

When we arrived I went to take a bath. The faucet to the bathtub would turn on and then quickly turn off. I called down and they sent someone up to fix it. He said it would take 5 minutes to fix. Thirty minutes later, after his attempt to fix it, it still did not work. There was nothing else he could do and I needed to shower because we were going out. The room had a disgusting odor. This actually kept me up at night, and unfortunately I did not bring any perfume this weekend that I could have sprayed. The next morning I opened the blinds and then noticed the dust on the furniture. I could have written my name in it for how bad it was. We were checking out, but I still felt that hotel management should know about the condition of the room. They sent the housekeeping supervisor, she agreed that the room stunk and that it was dirty. As we checked out the front staff asked how our stay was and I lamented to her. She gave me a coupon for breakfast for our trouble. We have stayed in many Marriotts and never been in a room like this.

They charge extra for everything and then add tax on top of<BR/>the price. They don't provide anything complimentary that I would expect in a 4 star hotel.

This hotel was ideal for a romantic get away. Within walking distance to high end resturants, the falls, and casino. The staff gave tips on how to get the best seats on restaurant reservations and were highly knowledgeable of cuisine offered in the area.
Positives: We could walk to all attractions and romantic locations from where the hotel was located.
Negatives: The room was very nice but 90's vintage (too much wall paper).

The hotel room was clean and lived up to par of a 4 star hotel. Check in was very fast, lots of staff. Great location to get to casino and nice restaurants.
