Located in the historical area of Drummond Hill, a 12 min walk to the world famous Falls, and 10 min. to the new Fallsview Casino, this home was built in 1889 and is of Victorian Queen Ann Style and architecture with turret, leaded glass windows, large and comfortable rooms with original trim and hardwood floors, welcoming verandah and screened-in gazebo in the garden.

All rooms have ensuite bathrooms.

Breakfast is served in the conservatory overlooking the gardens and small orchard, but guests can also be served in the screened-in gazebo, deck, verandah or in their room. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate are complimentary in every room. Use of microwave, some dishes and cutlery from the kitchen, and telephone.

The nicely landscaped Victorian gardens, fruit trees, fish pond and waterfall, invite you to relax.A short 12 min. walk to Victoria Park and the Falls. 10. min.to new Fallsview Casino. 20 min scenic drive to Niagara on the Lake & Shaw theatre. 10 min drive to most wineries and golf courses. Free pick up at bus or train station in Niagara Falls. Airport shuttle can be reserved from Toronto, Hamilton or Buffalo airports.

We have a private shuttle bus that will bring you to our door for a reasonable rate.

Honeymooners and Anniversary celebrants find The Grande room very intimate with its corner jacuzzi bath for 2 , king size bed and fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD, fridge, ensuite bathroom with Manhattan shower. Guests who love a fairy tale ambiance loveThe Turret room with an alcove, private balcony, fireplace, ensuite bathroom with deep soaker tub & shower. Fridge in the hallway with free bottled water and ice.
The Rose room is a cosy romantic room with a Queen sleigh bed, ensuite bath with jacuzzi for 2 table & chairs & fireplace! Fridge in the hallway with free bottled water and ice. The Victorian room is perfect for family or adult group. 2 queen beds, table & chairs, sofa-bed, tv/vcr, a/c, ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi & shower, fireplace, small fridge with free bottled water and ice, private entrance to verandah. Sleeps 4/5 . wheelchair access with handicapped facilities, bath seat & commode. The Loft Room is a large room on the 3rd floor, very rustic in decor with partly sloped ceilings, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 queen beds, fireplace, small fridge, A/C, TV/DVD.
