We recently spent a few nights in this park and to sum it up, the park has passed it's "best before" date. Although the location is great, the park looks very tired and unkempt. There are numerous empty spaces where trailers have been pulled out and the decks, sheds, etc. that have been left are just rotting. Other than the grass being cut, maintenance of the lots, buildings, pool area, and brush trimming appears to be non existent. This could be a great place to spend the summer but there appears to be no interest from the owners to maintain the park.
Positives: Location
Staff person who showed us to our lot was friendly and helpful
Negatives: Lack of upkeep and maintenance
Wifi costs $5/day and is good for one device only - it was very slow and connection was spotty

We stayed two summers full time, at a prime site, $500 extra a season, location was peaceful, however not hard standing, and we sunk, so the second year at our expense we put down gravel ($500) First summer two pools were open, second only one, and lifeguard not on duty a lot so was kept locked. Playground very much in need of update, old, with peeling paint. A very empty campground, not enough staff, and very much in need of some loving tender care to bring it up to standards. Management not helpful.
Positives: Location
Negatives: Unhelpful management, no hard standings or pull through sites
