"Located near the crossroads of Highways 8 and 23 in the quaint little town of Mitchell, our century yellow brick home, that we restored, offers a spacious suite and functional common areas, including a pool table, dining and sitting areas, library and a heated in-ground pool and patio for guests to enjoy. In addition to a spacious bedroom with a walk in closet and full private bathroom, the suite has a second room that can be used as an office as well as another bedroom for children or additional guests. The property is surrounded by spectacular private four season gardens that constantly change blooms during the warmer months, which attract many varieties of butterflies and birds.
Our all season boutique B&B would be the perfect place to stay for anyone visiting local attractions, travelling for business or visiting family and friends in the area. We are less than half an hour from Stratford Festival and approximately 45 min from the beaches of Grand Bend. Or try us as a weekend getaway or a remote office location. We love entertaining and offering hospitality and would enjoy the opportunity to share our beautiful world with you."

Small town Gem! I was expecting just a room, but we had a whole suite to ourselves. This meant a bedroom, huge walk in closet, separate living area with a mini fridge (stocked with water, pop and juice)snacks, and coffee maker, and a lovely bathroom with an amazing soaker tube (i had a glass of wine, and watched a show while enjoying a bubble bath), and even a bidet on the toilet. Beautifully decorated through out, and a cozy electric fireplace. The bed was super comfortable, I would have taken the duvet home if I could have. Tv has Netflix if you're looking to stay in and chill.
We were able to pick what we wanted for breakfast each day of our stay before arrival, and it was hard to pick since everything on the menu sounded great! We were fed so much food, we didn't even need lunch. Rita is an amazing cook, and baker, you will not be disappointed! They also offer extras such as dinner or charcuterie board, we didn't try those but I'm betting dinner there would have been better than any restaurant in mitchell itself. From mitchell you can easily go to London, Stratford, Grand Bend, Blyth etc. Do not hesitate to book this place if you're needing a place to stay in this area, or vicinity. This place is a small town gem, better than a hotel or motel stay, great food and very accommodating and friendly hosts, we would gladly be back again!
