Marshall's Pasta Mill ( Dining / Other ). Located at 580 Adelaide St North, London. Marshall’s pasta is a family- owned restaurant/ catering/ retail store of homemade Italian food. It is owned by Blake and Jodie Marshall. After playing pro-football for eight years in Edmonton, injuries forced Blake to seek a second career. Blake’s love of Italian food and cooking inspired him to open his own business. After retirement from football, Blake studied the pasta business and created a business plan with his wife Jodie. They chose London for their location because Blake attended the University of Western and grew to love the city and the people. Opening his restaurant in London was like coming home.

Marienbad Restaurant ( Dining / Other ). Located at 122 Carling Street, London. The restaurant took its name from the famous Czech Republic spa city of Marienbad (Mariánské Lázně) Marienbad which was Founded by Bohemian Queen Maria Theresa, is located in the Western part of the Czech Republic near the borders of Germany and Austria. A monument near Marienbad celebrates the fact that this place is the geographical centre of Europe. The spa itself is characteristic of the art nouveau style and was frequented by the likes of Britain’s King Edward VII, Goethe, Chopin and Mark Twain.
Our Atrium room's mural depicts Carlsbad (Karlovy Vary), a spa town not far from Marienbad which was established in 1348 by Bohemian King Charles IV. The Marienbad's menu reflects the mixture of history and culture that is Central Europe.
