As a family we have been camping at this campground for the past 3 season and this is our last. I would not recommend this campground to anyone. There are numerous ongoing issues that are never addressed including the smell of human excrement, cleanliness of washroom and shower facilities, and theft. Over the past labour day weekend we were shocked when we arrived at our seasonal camp site, which was fully paid, to find that the owner had rented out our site to weekend campers and moved our trailer onto another campers occupied site. When we asked what was going on we were simply told that she tried to contact us. Management simply had no reason other then they gambled on whether we would be up there that weekend or not. We went up the spend the last weekend of the summer with our close friends and neighbours (this being their last season) only to have both our weekends (and that of the campers she gave our site to) ruined by the disgusting acts of management.

Negatives: smell of human feces, rude management, poor upkeep

Our family visited Saugeen Cedars Family Campground for the July Long Weekend and had an amazing time!! They had lots for the kids to do: fireworks, a magician, great swimming & tubing! The hosts were terrific!!! We will be back and recommend staying there for sure!
