Stayed for 4 nights on business in Ottawa. Home was in renovations. No spa facilities. Temperature in home was cool temperature, shared bathroom with owners. Was incorrectly billed for missing pillows 9 days after departing with fully paid bill. Owners not willing to reverse wrong charge.
