The initial check in was very friendly and inviting. We camped at the back which appeared to be "Party Central". We were subjected to profanity, drug smoking, alcohol consumption, loud music and loud voices until the last person must have passed out(6am). For a "Family Campground" it was the worse experience we ever had. When we directed our concerns to the owners, they were drunk and high as well as being a part of the "Party". We were told that if we didn't like then LEAVE. Not the lasting impression I wanted my adolescent children to experience.

Negatives: Loud music, loud partiers, dog's running freely, drug smoking, arrogant seasonal campers and rude staff/owner

We have been seasonal campers at White Cedars for over 20 years and have had a few owners.
This park has always been good but the new owners who took over in 2007 have done so much work to make the park the best its ever been.
The owners are always pleasant and willing to help out anyway they can. Holding activities, like appreciation breakfasts and other very fun events that make you feel part of a special community.
It has been my experience that the only time the owner gets upset is when some campers decide to break the rules and need to be reminded of the rules everyone signs and is supposed to follow.
The owners are trying to create a happy family environment.
The only people that have issue with the owners are those who are disrespectful to their fellow campers.
Follow the rules the majority want or find somewhere else to camp.
That is very fair and very true, and that is why will will continue to camp here for years to come.

Positives: Large lots, good water, direct sewer connections.
Great rates, family pass.
Great swimming, great fishing.
New boat docks and play structures
Great little store on site.

Negatives: Always full

We are seasonal campers at White Cedars Tourist Park. As of the 2011 season, the park became private and rates went up $300 per season - the owners calling it a privatisation fee.
It was explained that only seasonal campers and their friends or families would be able to stay at the park.
Since June 2011, itinerant campers and drop in trailers and tents appear periodically for the weekend. -
When you first become a seasonal camper, the owner is nice and attentive, but most definitely has a temper and lack of people skills. - No wonder he can't fill the park and keep longterm clientele, the turnover is like I've never seen anywhere else.

Positives: The grounds, the lake, the scenery is wonderfull.

Negatives: -The owner is rude, bad tempered. He makes sure you feel that it is his park with his installations and gives you this impression of intruding in his park.
-As one previous poster indicated, there ire a few partiers in the park - loud music and drinking.

Our visit was enjoyable and relaxing. White Cedars Tourist Park holds true to its reputation of a wonderful place to spend your summer vacation. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating! While reading the below review I was not sure they speak of the same place that our family had the pleasure of spending the long weekend this year! Very great park!

The park advertises itself as a family park however people walk around intoxicated, foul language , unfriendly staff, beach full of weeds, playstructures old and rusted. Not a very good time at all
