Benn going here for years now, it was a so so place before. But they renovated! New carpets, fresh paint. awesome experience last night.

Positives: new carpet, fresh paint, clean sheets. nice table, closet and TV stand

Negatives: needs new quieter heater/air conditioner. Needs to upgrade TV.
