fair experience

Negatives: Arrived at 11:00 PM at the resort a day after our check-in. no one was around. everything closed. had to sleep in our car until the next morning when the restaurant opened at 7:00 am. First time this has happened to us at a resort. We thought someone would be available to give us a key to a Booth Estates villa. Looked over my reservation - no indication or instruction on what to do if we arrived after 10:00 pm.
