I stayed at this little motel between Chelmsford and Dowling,Ontario December 2020. It’s extremely clean,well appointed. Each room has a fridge,microwave,stove,kitchen supplies and a separate bathroom. It’s very quiet and you don’t have to worry about people running and making noise in the hallway. I understand it’s mostly rented to Contractors either for short or long term at very reasonable rates.

Positives: The manager Penny,who takes your reservation and deals with day to day duties as such was wonderful to deal with. She absolutely will tell you what you need to know during your stay and help in any way possible. You will not find anywhere at such great rates nor will you find a more peaceful nights sleep in this little gem of a Northern Ontario Motel.

Negatives: Obviously if you’re travelling you have a vehicle,if not you’d have to catch a bus to get into town. Other than that not one single negative for this motel!

did not actually stay but called to try and make reservations and could not book because clerk could not speak english WHAT?please chek into this
