The hotel was filthy and there was food left in our room from another guests. There were bugs in the bathroom. I'm not even sure if the bedding was actually changed as the pillowcases where not very white. I would never stay there again.
Positives: Nothing.

This hotel was disgustingly filthy, the drains in our tub and sink were slow, the television only came with like ten channels, the air conditioner didn't work in our room, it was way too expensive, and the hallways reeked of cigarettes. There was no elevator, the court yard looked like it was designed by a nuclear blast (all dead grass and bare earth), and its location was totally inconvenient!

Hotel was dirty and smelly - rooms and common areas. Would not recommend. Lots of other good, clean hotels in Brantford. Staff was not friendly either! We have stayed in lots of hotels, but will not be back here ¿ ever!

I would never stay at this hotel again. It is difficult to get to the rooms and there is no eat access, also no elevator and I was on the top floor. Although the rooms were clean and comfortable, I almost gagged each time I entered the floor due to the stench of cigarette smoke. There is absolutely no excuse for this.
Positives: The location was great. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Negatives: I was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator in there hotel. The hall reeked of cigarette smoke.

It suited our needs fabulously. A quick stay in town, located beside everything you need.
Positives: Location, amenities, microwave in room, pool, fitness room.
Negatives: Cable TV, air conditioning did not work.

This is a hotel is a low end 2.5 star. It is better than most 2 star hotels. But overall it is fine and is a good value. Do not use it for a honeymoon choice.
Positives: Location and it has a good restaurant on site.
Negatives: The maintenance was a little shaky. The ice machine would not work on the floor I was on. The bathroom caulking looked like a 3rd grader did it.
