In the winter, cross-country ski at nearby Silent Lake or snowmobile many hundreds of kilometers of trails. Both snowmobiles in winter and all terrain vehicles (ATV) in summer have easy access from the heritage trail by crossing the new recreational bridge over the York River.

Great hotel and great staff.

We were getting away for a weekend by our self. The room was very clean and fresh smelling. We swam in the pool a couple of times and the hours the pool was open was great. We played a few games of pool and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed a couple of meals that were delicious. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a fabulous weekend and would go back in a flash.

Positives: I loved the convenience of the pool.

Negatives: Our stay was very pleasant and friendly.
