Georgian Shores Bed & Breakfast is a bed & breakfast located in Annan.

Brand new business in our brand new air conditioned home.

Located 15km north of Owen Sound on the East Bayshore Rd (3rd Ave East out of Owen Sound) past the village of Leith to Ashgrove Ln.

We are in a small waterfront enclave of newer homes and right on the rocky shore of Georgian Bay.

Each of our rooms have a sliding door to a patio and out to the bay.

Beautiful sunsets and relaxation await our guests.

The entrance is private and separate from our home and is shared with our other guests.

Breakfast is continental self serve.

Opened seasonaly May 1 to October 31.

We offer nightly, weekly, monthly and seasonal rates.

It was like being at home but with a beautiful view of the bay. We were treated like family.
