Do not stay here. This is a scam. The place is a dilapidated, filthy hovel.
We were greeted by piles of garbage & an extremley unpleasant owner who(after an inadequate and misleading description of both policies & environs over the telephone with my Wife) refused to refund our reservation at all.
I can not overstate the unsanitary conditions, I have traveled extensivley as a musician throughout much of North America & this is hands down the most sub par fleabag cesspool I've seen. We refused to stay & upon finding another hotel in Hamilton discovered that the $85.00 charge had already been put through. There are not a lot of places to stay in ancaster, so this Guy is obviously making his living off of cancelations & calousness.
There is not enough I can say about the unpleasantness of this episode.
And yes I will be contactng the Hamilton region health inspector & the BBB.
