Looking for an economical by comfortable room for New Years Eve close to the New Years Event. Fit the bill perfectly. Close to The Waterfront Restaurant, clean, friendly and economical.

Positives: Very clean, extremely friendly staff. Would stay again.

Negatives: Powdered creamer for coffee the only drawback, but fresh cream available in kitchen.
