nice and clean ,everything is brand new , i think the owner have been changed or so. (i was there couple times , didn't like the old one so much ) new owner is a cool chinese guy does not speak english very well but his gf is kinda cute lolzzzzz, i asked for some washroom paper at 2 a.m. and he delivered to me , very nice guy !!
great location , very quiet place , less drunkies than other places , recommend.

Oh dear. I really can't exaggerate how filthy the place was. The location is excellent but we booked two rooms and both were incredibly filthy, and I do mean it was incredible.. Even the lobby was filthy, and we were asked to pay before even seeing the rooms. No mystery as to why. And when you check out, you just leave the key in the room and go. I'm guessing they aren't interested in how your stay was...

This was probably the worst place i've ever stayed in Canada. There is mildew in every corner of the room, the carpet had never been cleaned, not even looked vaccumed.
Positives: my bed was ok, the sheets were clean. the shower worked after i fixed the hot water tap.
The chinese lady was nice enough to give us new sheets and blanket for the sofa bed.
Negatives: Carpet extremely filthy
mildew smell
Had to use a chair to block the door (no dead bolt on door)
pet hair in sofa bed
No fire alarm and no fire extinguisher.
69.99 plus tax is far too expensive a night to stay there.

The room was quite comfortable, the location is great, the owner, who is a young guy, was awsome. He made sure the room was comfortable, I got a phone call, but because I had children with me, he did not put the call through to the room, so as not to wake the kids, he came to the door and told me there was a call. He was conciderate. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend it.
